Randy Allen

Randy Allen is a strategic and collaborative leader that has spent his career in business, government, and service to his community. His real-world experience has helped organizations improve their efficiency, reduce expenses, and increase their missions’ impact. He is currently employed as the Chief Operations Officer at our local Rutherford County Area Habitat for Humanity. In this role, he provides oversight of daily operations and works to provide long term sustainable funding for the first exclusive Habitat subdivision in Rutherford County TN. He currently serves on the Board of the Housing, Health, and Human Services Alliance, WeCARE (Mental Health and Addiction Prevention), and the Rutherford County Wellness Council. Randy is the current President of the oldest civic club in Rutherford County, the Murfreesboro Rotary Club. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Political Science from MTSU.
